Michael Phelps is racking up the medals and friends on Facebook! According to this report he has 767,885 friends and 7,600 pending Facebook friend requests. In fact, he has so many requests he can't accept any more as he told NBC's Bob Costas. Not only can you no longer become his friend, you can't become a fan.
